Taniel “T.K.” Koushakjian is a Palm Beach County native, public policy executive, small business owner, and candidate for the Port of Palm Beach Commission. Raised in Palm Beach County and educated in local public schools, T.K. became the first person in his family to graduate from college in the United States, earning degrees from Florida Atlantic University and The George Washington University. Over the past 16 years, he has held senior leadership roles in government and the private sector, advising clients on a variety of issues covering science and technology, transportation, infrastructure, water management, cybersecurity, and others. T.K. and his wife volunteer their time for local charities, and have raised over $1,000,000 for Palm Beach County non-profits. He lives in the north end of West Palm Beach with his wife and their two children, just a stone’s throw from the Port of Palm Beach. T.K. is running to bring transparent, accountable leadership, more jobs, and economic opportunity to the Port of Palm Beach District and the diverse communities it serves.
